Learning Shipping The Hard Way
When I started selling on Whatnot, I was excited about the products — not the logistics. Shipping felt like an afterthought. That changed fast. My first months were full of surprise postage fees, packages that arrived damaged and buyers asking where their orders were.
Every wrong weight cost me money. Every complaint cost me sleep. I realized that the fun part of selling could quickly be ruined by the part nobody teaches you: getting the order safely and affordably from your table to your buyer's door.
So I obsessed over it. I tested packaging, compared carriers, dialed in weights and built checklists until shipping became the most reliable part of my business instead of the scariest. Once it clicked, other sellers started asking how I did it — and LexroFinds was born.
